As a team member of Jackson Parish Ambulance Service District, we expect you, too, to adhere to all of these requirements. Such Compliance will ensure proper patient care, and help make for a better work environment. Jackson Parish Ambulance Service District may be required to report certain violations of the law to appropriate oversight authorities. Be aware that inappropriate actions, not in compliance with the law, may subject you to discipline or corrective counseling.
If an employee has a compliance, ethics, or safety concern, they are encouraged to speak directly to the EMS Director, HR manager, or request to be place on the board meeting agenda.
Non-employees that have a compliance, ethics, or safety concern, are encouraged to report these to the EMS Director by calling (318)-259-2877 and asking for the EMS Director or extension 103. This line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the EMS Director is not available at the time, please leave a voice mail and he will return your call the next business day.
